•    Employ and supervise site staff as well as servicing contractors – ensure quality services provided at a competitive rates;

•    Supervise and ensure all maintenance and contract services accomplished high standards of works for the respective properties;
•    Assist and advice (where necessary) on the upgrading works related to the property;
•    Coordinate the AGM of Management Corporations (MC) / Joint Management Body (JMB)
