She founded YY Property Solutions in 1995 where subsequently the company being appointed as the Associate Office of the largest privately held global real estate services provider - Cushman & Wakefield. The successful synergy led to the opening of YY Property Solutions in association with Cushman & Wakefield in year 2000. Previously, Ms Lau was attached to a leading global real estate organization where she established her reputation as being one of the top real estate professionals in Malaysia. In the course of her 15 years career in the real estate industry, Ms Lau has been servicing and working closely with clients mainly from the “Fortune 500 Companies”. In addition to her industry experience and knowledge, she is known for her practical business approach to the financial aspects of any given transaction – drawn from her extensive experience as a Finance Controller with a multinational company. She is a much sought after commentator by the media on the local real estate industry as well as a speaker at public forums on the same. She has also been invited to speak at international arena in Jakarta, Seoul and Singapore, to name a few.

 

	Name : Wong Wai Kun Position : Director Portfolio : Valuation and Property Management Professional Qualifications :  - Member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MISM) - Registered Valuer and Real Estate Agent Malaysia - Association of Valuers & Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (APEPS) - Member of Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MMIEA) - Bachelor of Surveying (Property Management) Mr. Wong is the Director and currently heads the Valuation in the Malaysia Office. His responsibilities also include the Property Management and Facilities Management of the Group. He began his career since year 1999 at Jones Lang Wootton where he was being appointed as the Assistant Vice President. Thereafter, he joined JS Valuers Property Consultant as the General Manager where he successfully grown the valuation business lines. He has more than 9 years professional real estate experience in sectors i.e. commercial, hotels, townships, offices, retail malls, petrol stations, plantations, industrial parks, residential and plant & machinery. Mr. Wong has been instrumental in major valuations for submission to Securities Commission, Land Acquisitions and his strong real estate background and has held him in good stead while advising a broad range of clientele on issues in relation to all real estate matters.

 

	Name : Tiffany Goh Position : Director Portfolio : Research and Consultancy Professional Qualifications :  - Member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MISM) - Registered Valuer and Real Estate Agent Malaysia - Association of Valuers & Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (APEPS) - Bachelor of Science (Property Management) Tiffany has been appointed as the Director of Research and Consultancy of the Malaysia Office. Since graduating in 2002, Tiffany has worked in two major international property consultancy firms; Henry Butcher and Jones Lang Wootton. Thereafter, she joined C H Williams Talhar and Wong where she successfully being appointed as the Manager – Strategic Consulting of the company. She has more than 6 years of professional experience in relation to research, consultancy, valuation and corporate real estate under her belt. She has actively involved in numerous projects ranging from large scale townships, commercial, resorts, offices, retail malls, hotels, industrial parks, memorial parks, luxury condominiums and serviced apartments. Together with Cushman & Wakefield, the Malaysia Research Division also actively publishes various research materials on monthly and quarterly basis for circulation to all the clients.
